CHI opens 50 more lots at Amara

CEBU, Philippines - After the successful introduction of its ultra chic beachfront development, Amara North, Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) has launched another tranche at its premier residential oasis.

Offering a limited lots of just 50, Amara North’s second tranche was launched over the weekend to the public.

The new cluster of prime lots in Amara North offers proximity to the jewel of this phase – an existing wharf at the headland.

Amara North is designed to cater to the residents’ sense of adventure with amenities like a rock wall, six seamlessy connected open parks and viewing decks for leisure strolls against gentle sea breeze anytime of day. These amenities complement the offerings of earlier sold-out phases.

Various facilities are also available in other phases for residents and lot owners to enjoy various lifestyle options. Phase 1 has an esplanade and the Grand Clubhouse with infinity pools, Jacuzzi, social hall, function room, a beach bar and view decks with spectacular views of the Mactan channel.

Amenities in Phase 2 include a Serenity Park with floating gazebos and a sports and recreation center with covered basketball and badminton courts and a fitness gym that overlooks the sea. Picnic Groves will be located in Phase 3 of the sprawling Amara development.

Carrying the Ayala Land Premier (ALP) label, Amara follows the strict standards of the brand. ALP is set exclusively for the most well-appointed addresses – the likes of renowned communities such as Ayala Alabang, Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village in Luzon.

Amara, located in Catarman, Liloan, Cebu is one of only 24 lighthouse communities in the world. It is a 46-hectare luxurious residential project born of the partnership of CHI and Coastal Highpoint Ventures Development Inc. (CHVI).

The success of Amara, has become an encouragement for its mother company Ayala Land Inc.(ALI) to introduce more projects in Cebu.

In his recent visit to Cebu, ALI topman Fernando Zobel de Ayala vowed to invest more projects in Cebu.

Zobel said ALI is constantly looking for opportunities in Cebu, to build more projects,as the company’s affiliate Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) had been able to successfully transformed Cebu’s skyline in the last 20 years.

“There will be more to come,” Zobel said mentioning the successful turn-out of CHI’s newest residential project in Lilo-an.

For two decades now, CHI had already invested over P10 billion for Cebu, in developing several projects such as the 50-hectare Cebu Business Park (CBP), the 24-hectare Cebu Asia Town IT Park, Cebu City Sports Club, condominiums, and the upscale Amara. —Ehda M. Dagooc
