Sun iSMS promo extended

-

MANILA, Philippines - Sun Cellular has extended the P2 and P5 international text rates. Sun subscribers can still enjoy texting abroad for P2 to 10 countries.

Keep on texting loved ones abroad for only P2 per international text to any mobile number in the United States (main), Canada, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau, Japan, Qatar, and Brunei.

Whatever mobile SIM their loved ones are using abroad — AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint or Verizon in the US, Etisalat in UAE, and M1, Starhub or Singtel in Singapore — Sun subscribers can text them right away for only P2 per SMS. That’s 80 percent lower than the P10 rate of regular international text of other mobile operators.

Also text friends and loved ones in 40 other destinations for only P5 per international text. These places include China, Australia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Greece, Bahamas, Guam and Hawaii. That’s 50 percent cheaper compared to regular international text rates.

This service is open to all Sun postpaid and prepaid subscribers. Prepaid subscribers should use regular load to send international text.

There is no need to register, use access codes, or special cards to avail oneself of this special rate. Just text any country using the international mobile number format: “+”country code + mobile access number + mobile number (e.g. +852 XXX XXXXX).

Sun Cellular’s reduced International SMS (iSMS) rates of P2 and P5 are promotional offers extended until Dec. 31.

For more information, call (02) 395-8000 from a landline or 200 from a Sun mobile phone or visit www.suncellular.com.ph.
