Samsung unveils Ultra Touch

It has a 2.8-inch full touch-screen and a slide-out keypad. Its superb display is made possible by the new 16M-color AMOLED screen with anti-reflection coating, which cuts off excessive light, offers a clearer view without reflection, and provides sharper pictures and videos with unprecedented resolution.

Maintaining its efforts in pushing the camera-phone pixel resolution envelope, the Ultra Touch boasts an eight-megapixel camera with autofocus feature, dual-power LED flash, and a Smile Shot mode. It even has geo-tagging via the GPS function that records a landmark’s GPS data automatically with just one click of a shot.

It also has high-quality 30-frame-per-second VGA video recording and a full-featured music player. It also features HSDPA 7.2 Mbps for speedy Internet access.

Samsung’s latest Ultra series handset also features an upgraded Touchwiz user interface, which creates an interactive 3D effect and provides endless customization opportunities. Flicking through photos, navigating through maps and surfing the Web has never been more personalized.

Users can even get real-time updates from their favorite websites through the online widget feature of the Ultra Touch.
