Innove provides voice solutions to National Pen

The Enterprise Business Group of Globe Telecom and Innove Communications is the telecom provider of National Pen Philippines for its voice requirements.

Through its Managed Voice Solutions, GlobeQUEST helps enterprise customers enhance their productivity.

Managed Voice Solutions provides competitive voice termination rates to corporations with large volume of inbound and outbound IDD traffic between the United States and the Philippines.

It allows fast activation of US inbound voice services, enables flexibility in using different calling applications, and has the ability to monitor usage on a daily basis.

The service is targeted at call centers and business process outsourcing companies as well as multinational corporations.

The Enterprise Business Group is comprised of GlobeSolutions and GlobeQUEST, the corporate units of Globe Telecom and Innove Communications that offer wireless and wireline voice and data solutions to the top corporations in the country.

The new partnership was sealed by Enterprise Business Group sales head Aries Sayson, Enterprise Business Group head Jesus Romero, National Pen finance and administration manager Leonora Isip-Tejada, National Pen VP for telesales Ken Bukauski, Enterprise Business Group sales manager Angelo Beltran, management consultant Utchie Angeles, and Enterprise Business Group team leader Dennis Guda.
