Motorola continues design revolution

Motorola Inc., a global leader in wireless communications, has introduced three new products that underscore the design ethos of the brand the Motorola PEBL V6, the special-edition black RAZR V3, and the SLVR V8.
The products reflect two key silhouettes rounded and thin that are at the core of Motorolas evolving design philosophy.
The distinctive profiles have been crafted to give the products character and personality. Attributes such as "chiseled, thin and defined" highlight the rectangular, while "tactile, soft and mysterious" define the round form factors.
Arlene Aran Amarante, country manager for Mobile Devices Business of Motorola Communications Phils. Inc., says, "Both product silhouettes are designed to emotionally and rationally engage consumers. These products have character and a defined personality that speak a very human and intuitive language through sight, sound and touch."
Following the success of the RAZR V3, these two distinctive profiles con-tinue to move forward the foundation for Motorolas design strategy and pro-duct portfolio.
The Motorola PEBL V6 is indisputably elegant with its round and smooth shape. This unique clam has a responsive opening mechanism that allows users to operate and open the phone one-handed. It comes in a highly polished metal finish, adding to its effortlessly cool appea-rance.
With integrated Blue-tooth wireless technology, a 5MB memory and VGA camera, this tri-band phone is an understated hi-tech package.
The Motorola SLVR V8 is a razor-thin candy bar that weighs only 85 grams. Crammed into its sleek blade-like form is an integrated VGA camera, Bluetooth connectivity, digital audio player and EDGE high-speed data exchange.
A spacious 176 x 220-pixel TFT display with up to 262k colors lets you see your pictures and video at their very best and then save and remove them on a Trans Flash memory card. The SLVR V8 is the anchor product in a new series of SLVRs coming soon.
Building on the success of the RAZR V3, Motorola has introduced a special-edition RAZR V3 in jet black. The phone was given to the top acting and directing nominees of this years Oscars.
