A school that advocates technology, Trace Computer and Business College has always been on the lookout for systems that make things better and easier. This covers anywhere from making things convenient for its students to increasing the efficiency of its people. Automating and integrating its enrollment system with other business processes are some of the concrete moves it has done toward this advocacy.
During the first semester of the incoming schoolyear, Trace will showcase to its incoming freshmen and other students the advantages of advanced computerization through the automation of its enrollment system using SQL*Wizards E*Wizard Integrated Enrollment System System.
E*Wizard is a comprehensive suite of management software available to administrators of universities and higher education institutions.
With this technology, the time and effort it takes to complete the enrollment cycle are considerably lessened, resulting in benefits to both the administrative staff and the students.
Each module makes it easier to make intelligent business decisions that increase the overall productivity of any institution. Its built-in modules include pre-enrollment, admission, enrollment, semester processing, registrar, scholarships, personnel and accounting.
E*Wizard will be implemented in the three branches of Trace in Guadalupe, Makati City; Los Baños, Laguna; and Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, and soon in Global City, Fort Bonifacio.
"E*Wizard is a comprehensive product which covers all aspects of enrollment. It will organize and secure all student records. Students will be assured that all relevant information about them will not be prone to tampering or any loss since this will be monitored by authorized people in the administration. The school can also generate these records with much ease, should a student request for them," said Shirin Eugenio, Trace marketing and quality control manager.
Trace Computer and Business College was recently awarded by the National Consumer Affairs Foundation as the 2003 Consumer Choice for Top Computer and Business School.
