GlobeQuest: One-stop network solution

Globe Telecom has integrated its data and Internet services to provide a one-stop, state-of-the-art network solution dubbed "GlobeQuest" that will equip its customers with the necessary tools to take control of their business.

"GlobeQuest expresses the intent of all our business groups – an intent to discover the best solutions with rigor and perseverance. It reflects in the technological solutions each group provides," said Gil Genio, Globe senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Genio said that as technology rapidly changes, GlobeNet and GlobeData, the two brands under the Wireline Data Group of Globe, are often required to bundle their services to come up with an integrated winning solution for their respective customers.

As a result, he said, distinguishing the two has become difficult and so is communicating their services and benefits to the target market.

"The need to rationalize the brands and rework their communication programs becomes apparent, as we see the importance of leveraging on both brands’ capabilities and have a more effective and coherent way of communicating it," he said.

GlobeQuest will also integrate Globe’s new capabilities and offerings such as its IDC, C2C submarine cable system and Corporate Voice solutions such as conferencing and Voice VPNs.
