Motorola T190: SMS redefined

-
Motorola redefines the Short Messaging Service (SMS) with its latest cell phone for the young and the young-at-heart.

With group SMS capabilities, the T190 is capable of sending a single text message to 10 recipients at one go. Flaunting adorable SMS icon tags, users can send animated flowers which bloom when the recipient opens the message.

With the ability to send 756 characters in a single SMS message, the T190 adds a dash of fun and excitement for youths and young adults who text extensively.

"SMS messaging is phenomenally popular, especially among today’s active young," says Ellen Suarez, Motorola’s marketing manager of the Consumer Solutions Group for South Asia.

"Motorola’s T190 was tailored for the youth market. With endearing animation and enhanced SMS capabilities, the T190 makes SMS messaging faster, simpler and more exciting than before," she adds.

The T190 enables users to enliven text messages with animated icon tags. Running late for a date? Appease your girlfriend with an animated flower attachment with your note that you will be late. When she reads the message, an animated flower will bloom on the screen of her T190 – enough to make up for the delay. With 25 animated icons to choose from, users can send smiley faces to brighten someone’s day!

In instances when a short text message cannot convey all you have to say, the T190 enables you to type it all in a single SMS message. Users can send up to 765 characters at one go with the T190. If the message exceeds the pre-set limit of 160 characters per message, the T190 breaks the message, sending it as separate messages to the recipient.
