Novare innovates customer experience

MANILA, Philippines – Taking customer experience to the next level, Novare Technologies recently participated in the 21st National Retail Conference Expo held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, giving participants and industry players a taste of what customer experience would be like in the near future. 

With the theme “Taking Customer Experience to New Heights,” the expo, participated in by 142 exhibitors from different industries, was organized by the Philippine Retailers Association, covering topics from digital marketing and online commerce at the conference and also featuring young entrepreneurs behind today’s hottest brands and franchises. 

At the expo, Novare showcased some of its products that aim to assist retailers in their daily operations, including its Incident Management System, an application that provides the ability to dispatch one’s workforce from a mobile device and has an area map enabling field agents to quickly view or search current location; and its Sales Ordering System, which enables the user to take customer orders on the spot and send alerts to the office wirelessly for immediate processing.  

Novare’s consultant David Jacques also gave a talk on “Customer Experience Management” during the conference, a subject that targets a consumer’s shopping experience as a whole since it is said to bring in multi-channel technologies which can transform a typical customer experience to become more interactive and emotionally engaging.

Jacques said customer experience design optimizes individual channels to provide new value beyond the customer lifecycle, and unique and differentiating experiences.

“With the advent of innovation, consumers gain access to a multitude of information that leverages their purchase decisions and empowers them to demand a retail experience that is relevant and valuable to them,” Jacques said.

He added: “As such, retailers are now constantly on the lookout on how they can adapt to this power shift in the retail supply chain. Retailers must make a conscious effort to implement strategies that will enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; while maintaining their operational efficiency and optimization.”
