Nokia's 2010 top Ovi Store downloaded applications, games

MANILA, Philippines - Nokia ended 2010 with a spectacular milestone of reaching over one million downloads of Ovi Store apps.

The thousands of apps offered through Ovi have allowed people to play, watch, listen and interact with the things that matter most to them. 

With over more than 3.5 million global app downloads daily, Ovi users were able to keep entertained during morning and evening commutes, to stay productive on the move, or to make daily life easier.

The most downloaded apps of 2010 also reflected the importance of keeping in touch with family and friends through social networks.

In fact, the Opera Mobile Browser, a fast Web browser that allows users to access full Internet on their mobile phone and features tabbed browsing, content download, skinning, and synchronize bookmarks, is a popular application among local and global Nokia device owners.

Based on almost 40 million global download data from Ovi Store, the following apps are the most downloaded apps of 2010 for Nokia users:
