Convergys targeting AsPac with expanded partnership

MANILA, Philippines - Convergys Corp., a global leader in relationship management, has announced that it is expanding its long-standing distribution agreement with Premier Technologies to resell Convergys’ Dynamic Decisioning platform in Premier Technologies’ hosted environment.

Premier Technologies is a specialist customer interaction company providing customer contact center solutions throughout Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Europe. 

This new agreement, extending the 10-plus year partnership, makes Premier Technologies the first Australian-based reseller of Convergys’ Dynamic Decisioning Solution via a hosted model.

Convergys’ market-leading Intelligent Automation Solutions, including the Dynamic Decisioning Solution, are highly scalable, enterprise-wide, policy management solutions. 

They provide companies with specialized real-time intelligence to evaluate customer events against company policies.
