Through Citi Mobile SMS Banking, cardholders can easily check for their available balance, total amount due, minimum amount due, and payment due date. 

With its user-friendly format, cardholders can effortlessly get the credit card information they need whenever and wherever they are.

To check for Citi card available balance, simply text CITI <space> BAL <space> the last eight digits of your Citi Card, then send to 2201. 

To know your total amount due, minimum amount due, and payment due date, just text CITI <space> BILL <space> the last eight digits of your Citi Card, and send to 2201.
