Convergys cited as top employer in ICT Awards

Convergys Corp., a global leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, announced that it was named "Employer of the Year" during the International ICT Awards-Manila 2007.

The International ICT Awards recognized organizations and individuals who help put the Philippines and Filipinos in the minds of global business leaders.

Convergys, the world’s largest provider of outsourced customer care, started operations in the Philippines in 2003 with an 800-man workforce in one location. Today, Convergys employs over 10,000 people across eight locations.
