Epson unveils new EMP-X3 projector

Epson launched recently its latest multi-functional multi-media projector, the EMP-X3, which is designed to be ideal whether in the office, a classroom or at home or on the move.

The front-, rear- or ceiling-mountable EMP-X3 combines high-quality performance with the latest Epson technology in a sleek, stylish, easy-to-use projector.

It is a compact, easily trans-portable projector, which comes with its own carrying case. And at just 2.6 kilograms, it is also one of the lightest projectors in its class.

The Epson EMP-X3 comes with enhanced installation features, making it perfectly suitable as a permanent fixture for meetings, training or educational use.

The Epson EMP-X3 supports SXGA PC signals, and is High-Definition-compatible, allowing you to view higher resolution images and movies.

For connectivity, optional cables and all the sockets you need allow you to connect to other media, such as DVD players, game consoles and digital cameras, bringing to life any presentation in rich, multimedia formats.

External connections include an RGB In for PC input, RCA for composite audio and video inputs, S-Video, USB for PC remote control (using optional cable), and an RGB Out for an external monitor.

The EMP-X3’s patented ultra-compact E-TORL lamp ensures clear visibility even in well-lit rooms, giving increased brightness with lower power consumption than standard lamps. Its brightness rating in high-brightness mode is 2000 ANSI lumens and 1500 ANSI lumens in low-brightness mode.

For home cinema buffs, the versatile EMP-X3 delivers sharp, clear and natural-looking images, thanks to its patented 3LCD technology that gives the brightest, richest colors and perfectly smooth video playback.
