Alliance Technologies Corp. (ATC) forged its affiliation with Lucent Technologies as an authorized business partner in Singapore last June 15.
ATC, as the only business partner of Lucent Technologies in the Philippines for the enterprise market, will promote superior software and data solutions to the enterprise and service provider markets.
Up to June this year, ATC sales totaled P131 million while last years reported and audited revenues stood at P281 million.
Its revenue growth is still expected to reach three to seven percent in spite of the deferment of many call centers investments into 2005.
ATCs market share in terms of total Avaya call center equipment installed in the Philippines is a little over 50 percent.
ATC is a subsidiary of publicly listed Boulevard Holdings Inc. (BHI).
BHIs stock closed at P16.50 per share as of close of trading yesterday at the Philippine Stock Exchange.
