PhilOnline goes text-friendly

You’re on the move and you got no time? Here’s one way to be updated with your Philippines Online account without missing a beat in your hectic schedule: use your mobile phone.

Philippines Online now allows subscribers to access accounts and services through text or Short Messaging Service (text charges with mobile telephone operator applies).

Initially available to Globe Telecom users, subscribers need to type the following to access their accounts:

• For balance inquiry: philonline<your login><your account ID><balance> and send message to 2355.

• For access time inquiry (previous month): philonline<your login><your account ID><prevmonth> and send message to 2355.

• For access time inquiry (current month): philonline<your login><your account ID><curmonth> and send message to 2355.
