All you need to enjoy this exciting new feature are dial-up access through the PhilOnline Internet service and Counter-Strike Version 1.3

To play, simply start Counter-Strike 1.3. Click on play CS 1.3, choose Play Online, then select Add IP and from dialog box type, the name of the CS Server: games.philonline.com. Select Join and choose a team.
