Hewlett-Packard Phils. Corp. has announced a comprehensive array of storage-focused services for Asia-Pacific businesses.
These services include the HP Premier Storage Critical Support XP that provides a 100-percent data availability guarantee against the loss of both data and access to them, resulting from an XP hardware malfunction.
HP is unveiling integrated, turnkey solutions for disaster tolerance, backup and restore, data migration, storage networking and storage management.
HPs storage-focused services are designed to help local businesses achieve "zero downtime" and increase the performance of their storage devices.
The services increase the level of uptime and data availability through focused analysis, proactive monitoring and support expertise.
As a result of this highly available storage platform, businesses have complete access to mission-critical data, ultimately leading to a superior storage performance and increase in staff productivity.
In the aftermath of recent natural disasters, terrorism and equipment breakdowns, Asia-Pacific businesses have recognized more than ever the need for a continuous business strategy, particularly focusing on the recovery of data.
"Mission-critical data are increasing dramatically and customers need effective storage services to help manage, consolidate and share information," said Loon-Chwee Chia, storage solutions manager of HP Southeast Asias Storage Support and Services Organization.
