Sybase eyes Asia’s emerging enterprise portal market

Sybase Inc., a leading provider of e-Business solutions and one of the world’s largest independent software companies, and North 22 Technology Services Group (Hong Kong) Ltd., recently announced the formation of a joint venture, to capture Asia’s emerging enterprise portal market.

North 22 is the parent of 8layer.com., an application services provider that earlier this year became the first ASP in Asia to form a strategic alliance with Sybase to provide applications services utilizing Sybase’s Enterprise Portal (EP) solution.
