According to the Food and National Nutrition Institute, each 100 grams of ampalaya contain 1,205 ug of beta carotene (Vitamin A), 0.03 mg of thiamine (Vitamin B1), 0.11 mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), 0.6 mg of niacin, 14 mg of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), 0.3 mg of iron, 25 mg of phosphorus and 74 mg of calcium.
