MANILA, Philippines - The dream of owning a home at the central business district is not always unattainable. These are priced at least P30,000 per sqm less than other properties in BGC.”
The three-tower property is located along 5th Avenue corner Rizal Drive, near business offices in BGC, St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City, and malls such as Market Market, Bonifacio High Street, and SM Aura.
Aside from lower property rates due to reduced production costs, the company also offers adjustable payment schemes.
“We only need five percent downpayment for clients to move in. Likewise, we have the most flexible payment terms in the market today,” added Reyes, referring to several bank options to handle financing as well as payment schemes tailor-fitted to clients’ budget.
