Vista Land expands flagship Iloilo project

MANILA, Philippines - Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., the country’s premiere homebuilder, continues to expand Savannah City, its flagship development in Iloilo City, to include a City Center to address greater  demand of its growing population.

 “There are approximately 8,000 to 10,000 residents in Savannah City, increasing at an average of 10 percent yearly. It recently offered the newest house design collection of Camella – the Grande series to meet the demands of bigger families or those who prefer to live with more latitude to grow. The Grande Series is a line of homes going from P4 million to P8 million, and floor areas ranging from 125 to 200 square meters. 

Vista Land also plans to put high-end lot-only enclave with lot sizes from 500 to 1,000 sqm.
