East Gallery Place rises in BGC cultural district

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Ayala Land Premier has launched its first property in High Street South, the 50-story East Gallery Place, a landmark addition to Bonifacio Global City’s cultural district.

High Street South is envisioned to be a district fashioned after world-class cultural hubs.

Its close proximity to Bonifacio High Street with its gallery-designed offices, boutiques, urban amphitheater, water plaza and interactive art pieces, makes it the ideal residence for a vibrant lifestyle.

East Gallery Place rises in the High Street South block by 11th Avenue and 28th Street, with 407 units ranging in size from 76 sqm to 648 sqm.

Featuring pioneering Ayala Land Premier concepts in design structure, the property features six distinct residential types and formats.

“All of these residential spaces were designed to evolve as the buyer progresses in life.  The units were designed in consideration of his or her varying life stages. East Gallery Place is also a residence that builds on the Ayala Land Premier legacy of delivering products that build value over time. We create residences of the highest quality and design, that are valued today and in the generations to come,” said Jose Juan Z. Jugo, Ayala Land Premier head.

Classic units on the North Wing of the development are one-bedroom to four-bedroom units offering Ayala Land Premier finishes such as European-grade kitchens, homogenous tiles, maximized natural light and ventilation, and wood flooring from sustainable sources, to name a few.

Ayala Land Premier is also introducing an original residential concept called Flex units.

From a studio unit, Flex units can be transformed according to their owner’s needs in their different life stages.

The space is efficiently planned without interior partitions and a studio unit can evolve to include a home office, or another bedroom or two, or even a walk-in closet, all depending on the owner’s preference.

For penthouse units from the 48th to 50th floor, East Gallery Place offers Skyrise units accessible from the North or South Wing.

There are only six of these unit types on these floors. The Skyrise 1400 is a special variant, a bi-level five-bedroom penthouse residence with a lap pool and garden deck, encompassing about 1,400 sqm of space.

The South Wing is just as notable with only two units per floor.

The Skysuites are three-bedroom and limited four-bedroom residences at about 200-sqm in size. Elevators open exclusively in the foyers of each residence.

For those who wish for privacy with their plunge pools, the Skycove Aqua will be the preferred residence.

Limited to only 11 units, the Skycove Aqua residence has an 80-sqm balcony that opens to their private pool.

Villas, Ayala Land Premier’s unique concept of four-bedroom residences in four levels of living space, are also featured in East Gallery Place.

The Villas evoke a townhouse within a residential building.

It offers a double volume of living space, has an enclosed gourmet kitchen, auxiliary kitchen, a personal pool, deck and poolhouse. A personal elevator services the residence.

Retail establishments such as restaurants and global fashion brands will be located on the ground level.

Residents will have the convenience of easy access through the Gallery Park.

East Gallery Place will also have amenities such as a gym, lap pool with adjacent deck, children’s play area, function rooms and a boardroom.

Units will be turned over by 2019.  The exclusive residences have different price ranges starting at P10.9 million and upwards.
