MANILA, Philippines - Grace Residences in Taguig City capped off the completion of its 12-story Tower 1 with a topping off ceremony. ‘This milestone is important for us because it shows how we’re committed to delivering the project on time,‘ said Roncel A. Grace Residences is SMDC’s first mid-rise property development in Taguig right near the main thoroughfares of C5, EDSA and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). Towers 1 and 2 have already been sold out, with Towers 3 and 4 still available in the market.
