Avida opens South Park District showroom

MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land recently opened its showroom at South Park District, Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) masterplanned, mixed-use development in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The showroom features Avida Towers Altura’s studio, one- bedroom and two-bedroom model units designed with specific users in mind. It also showcases a colorful lounge and scale model detailing ALI’s plans for the 6.6-hectare property. These include an expansive central park that integrates the different developments within the district, residential developments by Avida, a transport terminal, South Park Mall by Ayala Malls, and the South Park District Corporate Center by Ayala Land Offices.
