Avida Towers Astrea to rise in Fairview

MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land, the mid-income property arm of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), broke ground recently for Avida Towers Astrea, its first condominium development in Fairview, Quezon City. Its Tower 1 has 12 residential floors, comprising 296 units that come in sizes ranging from 22 to 62 sqm (studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom) with special cuts (units with balconies and pop-out units).
