Sta Lucia tops off Neopolitan Tower 1

MANILA, Philippines - Marking the completion of structural works at  Neopolitan’s first tower, Sta. Lucia Land and its marketing company Asian Pacific Realty & Brokerage Corp. recently topped off the nine-story mid-rise residential condominium at the heart of the Neopolitan Business Park near SM Fairview, Greater Lagro, District 5, Quezon City. The first of a nine-cluster, mid-rise residential condominium project, Neopolitan Tower 1 is the first condominium building to be built in the area, which is poised to be the next super city in Metro Manila. Neopolitan Tower 1 has 191 units comprising of studio units, studio with balcony, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units making it perfect for singles, couples, or starting families.  Leading the topping off ceremony are Asia Pacific Realty and Brokerage Corp. vice president for operations Dante M. de Guzman (7th from left), chairman and CEO Arsenio M. de Guzman Jr. (8th from left) and senior vice president for marketing and sales Celestino S.
