Phinma Properties steps up works in AsiA Enclaves

MANILA, Philippines - Phinma Properties, the property development arm of the Phinma Group, is stepping up works on two additional premium condominiums in its flagship project, ASiA Enclaves in Alabang.

The additional premium medium-rise condominiums, dubbed as SATO Premiere Suites, are set to complete the first phase of the exclusive residential community in Alabang. The first phase currently consists of three condominiums that integrate Japanese-themed designs. The two low-density, seven-story buildings are slated to be finished by the third quarter of this year, yielding a total of 252 units.

Phinma Properties vice president for planning and design Pete Felix said the latest buildings will incorporate high-grade finishes to the bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms of all the units to be built, utilizing fine aesthetics and high quality materials to all unit floorings, kitchen fixtures and bathroom make-ups. The buildings are also planned to boast generous and practical layout to create a complete and upscale living space for future residents.

“The SATO Premiere Suites expand the residential offering currently being offered at ASiA Enclaves Alabang. Its high-quality unit dressing and elegant building aesthetics, at par with other upscale developers within our vicinity, illustrate a residential development that responds to the condo preference of discerning Filipinos,” Phinma Properties president and CEO Willie J. Uy said.

Felix added that the two additional condominiums will include modern design features that would allow more natural light and fresh air to flow through condo units and through the buildings’ common areas. Expansive hallways, more green open spaces as well as Japanese-themed pocket gardens will also be featured upon completion of the first phase. An accessible commercial area for convenience stores and shops is also set to roll out.

The SATO Premiere Suites are now open for pre-selling while the other buildings occupying the first phase, the Ohara Enclave, are now ready for occupancy.  Residents may choose among spacious and stylish units: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condo units with a choice to combine adjacent units for a complete, comfortable three-bedroom home. 

Sitting on a 3.5-hectare property, the project boasts three Asian-inspired enclaves in one master-planned community: Japanese-themed enclave “Ohara”, Thai-themed enclave “Sena” and Balinese-themed enclave “Tirta”. The three low-density enclaves are nestled in their own secure, lush environment, independent from the other phases, allowing a more private urban living for residents.

ASiA Enclaves Alabang also provides its residents a central amenities block, the Club Pasilyo. The Club Pasilyo houses various standout amenities and facilities, including a swimming pool area, a recreation area, fitness hub, multi-purpose hall, as well as jogging paths around the residence.
