Cavite town hosts new Amaia Scapes

MANILA, Philippines - Amaia, the economic housing arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is putting up 240 residential units in 8.6 hectares of land in Gen. Trias town in Cavite.

The project, called Amaia Scapes Gen. Trias, is a horizontal development at the first-class municipality, located along Arnaldo Highway in Barangay Santiago.

Gen. Trias is known for its mix of urban and rural communities, and is host to several big manufacturing plants.

Amaia Scapes Gen. Trias is situated near schools and universities like the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, Immaculate Concepcion Academy, and Lyceum of the Philippines; hospitals such as the Gen.
