Stateland holds brokers’ conference

MANILA, Philippines - Stateland Inc. kicked off the new year  by holding its annual Brokers’ Conference at the Golden Bay Restaurant along Macapagal Blvd. in Pasay City last Jan. 14. This year’s theme, the ‘American Dream,’ centers on the idea that one’s hard work would eventually lead to a happy and successful life, thus the idea of persevering to attain one’s personal goal and that of the company. This year’s conference also showcases the business partners’ incentives for the year 2014. ‘We will try our best to continue quality land development and the housing components of our projects. We shall endeavour to be more competitive in our commission structures and incentives,’ Stateland Inc. president Reynaldo T. Cometa  (in photo) said. Among the different projects lined up for the year incude the construction and development of the Washington Place Phase 3, Stateland’s flagship project in Dasmarinas, Cavite. The company is also developing a mall in the middle of the commercial centers of Washington Place and Gran Seville in Cabuyao, Laguna. Cometa said the company plans to launch two new projects in the third and last quarter of the year.
