The interior designer’s vision is immediately evident as one enters the lobby, which appears to be a masterpiece in itself. Brightly but skillfully lit for a cozy feel, on the ceiling is a unique  arrangement that makes use of rectangular glass sheets mirroring the reflection of lights in a subtle manner. This complements the floor-to-ceiling art display and the muted patterns on the marble floor.

The spacious ballroom that can accommodate 150 people can be divided into three smaller function rooms. Warm, earth-tones dominate most of the rooms’ design and décor. The carpet design is an artful interpretation of fall leaves on the ground and is warmly lit with a contemporary-looking chandelier, with each light housed in translucent, glass-shaped sheets.

The TV room continues the attractive carpet design from the function room, which accentuates the muted Victorian prints on the couches and the sturdy wooden furniture. The yellow lights with little lampshades, assorted vases, framed photos, and flower displays make the space homier. “You’ll really notice how each area gives off an attractive, laid-back vibe that will have individuals indulging in every moment in their residence,” said Samson.

“We’ve also designed each room in a way that it connects to the city and the community outside,” he added. Also in the line-up of amenities are, of course, rooms for recreation. The state-of-the-art gym offers a stretch of exercise equipment, strategically fronting floor-to-ceiling windows to provide a peaceful view of the busy city. There’s also the extensive indoor children’s play area and the swimming pool set against lush tropical gardens, as well as male and female changing rooms, and a jacuzzi.

“Envisioning how spaces will look like, I imagine how a client would choose to live in it,” said Samson. “I put in elements that would draw them in and invite them to enjoy top-of-the-line luxury and comfort made and designed according to the lifestyle experience they deserve.”
