For the turnover and maintenance services, the objective is to create a good and long-lasting relationship with clients by ensuring the safekeeping, quality control, and maintenance of the RFO units even in the absence of the owner. The group has its own housekeeping personnel who can regularly check the unit and provide a report to the owner on the condition of the condo unit while he or she is away.
