CBRE Philippines dominates International Property Awards

MANILA, Philippines - For the second consecutive year, real estate consultancy CBRE Philippines gathered the most number of awards at the national and regional levels of the International Property Awards for 2013–2014, held recently in Kuala Lumpur. CBRE Philippines won Best Lettings Agency and Best Property Consultancy Website in the Philippines, which qualified them for the regional level and subsequently won as Best in Asia Pacific.

 CBRE Philippines is now qualified to represent the entire Asia Pacific region in both categories and to compete in the international level of the competitions against other regions such as Africa, Europe, the Americas, United Kingdom, and Middle East. The International Property Awards will be held in December 2013 in London.

CBRE Philippines also won Best Real Estate Agency Marketing, Best Property Consultancy, and Best Property Consultancy Marketing in the Philippines. It garnered a citation of Highly Commended Real Estate Agency in the Philippines as well. In total, CBRE Philippines garnered eight awards so far this year.
