Celebrate in style at Le Pavillon, Le Parc

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Aside from building quality and elegant homes along Manila Bay, property developer Federal Land Inc. has also put together two projects that could soon be considered the premier events venues for celebrating important occasions.

Situated right within the exclusive complex called Metro Park in Pasay City, both Le Pavillon and Le Parc offer a strategic location in the booming Manila Bay central business district. Accessibility is also easy since these projects are located between two of Manila’s major thoroughfares – Roxas Blvd. and Epifanio Delos Santos Ave. (EDSA).

The more spacious Le Pavillon can easily accommodate big events like conventions, product launches, weddings, fashion shows, and bazaars. For guests who want an al fresco experience, Le Pavillon also has a bricked side patio ideal for dining extension setups and outdoor activities. Food concessionaires can also use it for food festivals and bazaars.

Moreover, parking comes with covered drive-up grand entrance while drivers are given their own waiting shed so they’d feel more comfortable. Its total floor area is 1,800 square meters, and is wide enough to accommodate as much as 1,200 persons for a cocktail setup, 1,000 guests in a sit-down setup, and up to 1,500 persons for a theater-type arrangement.

Le Parc, meanwhile, is the newest showroom and entertainment center inside Metro Park.  Intimate occasions like weddings, debuts and parties can be celebrated here. The venue’s total floor area for the main hall is 400 sqm and the gallery area is 240 sqm.  The showroom and the model units of both SixSenses Resort and Bay Garden Club & Residences can also be found inside Le Parc.

Over at the entire Metro Park where both events places are located, the safety of guests is assured as 24/7 security is provided by roving guards. Ample parking spaces are available, with 570 parking slots for Le Pavillon and 92 on-site slots for Le Parc. Utility personnel as well as janitorial services may also be provided when needed. Aside from Le Pavillon and Le Parc, other new developments within the Metro Park are a resort, a commercial strip, and a couple of luxury residential developments.

The SixSenses Resort is a two-hectare master-planned community guaranteed to offer a one-of-a kind resort lifestyle experience, and a captivating landscape to savor every day. Resembling the infinity symbol (“8”), the towers at SixSenses Resort exude artistic grandness in all its units. The fabulous units bring in a new level of lifestyle opulence, and come in two-bedroom or three-bedroom suites.

Sports enthusiasts, on the other hand, can play table tennis, badminton, squash, basketball or tennis at designated courts. To help recreate summer escapades, a beach volleyball court filled with sand has also been set up so residents won’t have to leave the city to enjoy this game. There’s also a wall climbing area for a quick endorphin high.

Another development s seen to add prestige to the 40-hectare Metro Park is the Bluebay Walk, a highly-anticipated upscale commercial strip. Once completed, this urban complex will occupy a sprawling 1.3 hectares of retail space that will house a motley of high-end luxury brands.

Other high-rise luxury residences which offer first-class, super-sized amenities can also be found within the area. The first phase, called Bay Garden, is a five-tower residential development located right in the heart of the sprawling complex that offers tranquility, panoramic views and idyllic walkways. Residents can also take pride in its high-end facilities and amenities such as a picturesque landscape garden and a wading pool.

The second phase is called Bay Garden Club & Residences, a three-tower development that enables its residents to enjoy a unique summer escapade right within the city. It offers a long swimming pool, children’s playground with sandbox, a yoga and meditation area, bar and grill, landscaped gardens and an outdoor lounge area designed by noted landscape architect PGAA.
