PLDT Home packages now offered at Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes

MANILA, Philippines - Residential communities of property developer Federal Land Inc., the property development arm of GT Capital Holdings, will soon have one-stop shops where residents can conveniently get a telephone line, Internet, Wi-Fi and high-definition TV services for their homes from PLDT and Mediascape Inc., currently the country’s leading telecommunications and multimedia company.

Under a strategic partnership agreement between Federal Land and PLDT, the first one-stop shop will be set up at the Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes, a development of Horizon Land, the subsidiary of Federal Land, which is currently being developed in Paco, Manila. The one-stop shop will offer in just one package different products and services of PLDT and its affiliates such as wireless Internet from Smart Communications and Sun Cellular, and high definition TV programs from Cignal Digital TV.

“What is good about this is that homeowners will have a telephone line, cable TV and Internet services already in place once they move in,” says Dennis D. Lim,  Federal Land’s Sr. Vice President for Sales and Marketing, referring to the benefit of the PLDT one-stop shop to unit owners of PGMH and future residential communities.

“Unit owners don’t also have to go anymore to different service providers,” says PLDT Home Marketing Support Head Raul S. Alvarez. “They just need to go to the property administration office, where they can apply for all the products and services of PLDT.”

Alvarez adds that their one-stop shop center will treat unit owners at Federal Land developments as VIP customers. “They will have special schedules for installation and repair services,” he says.
