Ortigas marks new Circulo Verde milestone with Seville Residences

MANILA, Philippines - Ortigas and Co. marks another construction milestone during the concrete pouring of Seville Residences. Launched during the second quarter of 2010, Seville is one of the first five towers to comprise Phase 1 of Circulo Verde, aP15-billion property development in Quezon City.

Seville at Circulo Verde features 15 residential floors at the backdrop of a 10-hectare property with 70 percent open space. The tower is composed mostly of two- and three- bedroom units that are ideal for start-up families, families with young children, and empty nesters, who are looking for space that is ideal for leisure and living.

Unit prices range from P3.7 million to P4.4 million for single bedroom units (without parking), P6.3 million to P7 million for two-bedroom units (with parking) and P8.5 million to P9.1 million for three-bedroom (with parking).

All units have a standard living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, common toilet and bath. To give an airy living space, one of the added features of a typical two-bedroom unit is a wrap-around balcony. The three-bedroom units, on the other hand, have provisions for a study and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

Seville Residences’ forerunners, the Majorca and the Ibiza towers, have done well and the units are already sold out. The turnover of the Majorca Residences will happen during the last quarter of this year and the Ibiza Tower will follow the year after. Seville units will be turned over on 2014.
