Sandari lot owner gets title

MANILA, Philippines - Liza Vida (right) receives the title to a lot at Nalé, the first phase of Sandari Batulao, a mountainside community being developed in Nasugbu, Batangas, from Gia Buenaventura (middle), sales operations manager of Citystate Properties and Management Corporation, developer of Sandari. The lot was bought by Vida’s sister Lourdes Cayanan, originally from Lemery, Batangas but who has been living in Rome, Italy for the past 20 years with her family. Cayanan first visited Nalé last year and was much impressed by the project’s fresh cool mountain air and expansive natural surroundings. With them is Malou Rojales of A & M Lucky Land Realty. Sandari Batulao is an hour-and-a-half drive from Makati via the South Luzon Expressway through Santa Rosa and is a 10-minute travel from Metro Tagaytay.
