House of Wood centerpiece at Worldbex 2012

MANILA, Philippines - Worldbex 2012 featured the 2-storey Matimco House of Wood as the event’s centerpiece. The launching of House of Wood was even made fun as Matimco hosted a flashmob dance on its opening day, followed by tango dancing on the hardwood floor and Tai Chi for that relaxing outdoor feeling. The house is 75% made of wood and guests were able to explore the different parts of the house that uses Matimco’s wood brands like Matwood, PCW and Weatherwood. Every piece of wood that is used in building the house is made from recycled, treated and engineered wood products that come from registered tree-farms around Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Matimco shared the experience of luxury, warmth and durability through its House of Wood.
