Cable Lite CAAB
MANILA, Philippines - The Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc. (UL), an international organization that attest safety of various home and industrial materials, has granted safety approval for “Cable Lite” Copper Clad Aluminum Atomic Bonded (CAAB 20) wires and cables manufactured by Mirae Special Metals, Co. Ltd. of South Korea.
Expert professional Electrical Engineers, Designers and Industrialists recommend “Cable Lite” wires for interior wirings in both high and low rise residential building due to its compliance to UL rigorous test requirements.
At present, the only UL certified “Cable Lite” CAAB 20 building wires (Type THHN/THWN, THW, TW) are available and sold in the country today. It is safe, efficient and 25% cheaper than other conventional wiring. According to Romeo V. Cruz, Chairman and CEO of the Gemphil Group of Companies, aside from South Korea, CAAB products are now used in the United States of America (USA), Japan, India, China and Vietnam.
