MANILA, Philippines - Another testimony of concrete commitment has been unveiled when P.A. Metropolitan Residence Builders, Inc. successfully held recently the topping off ceremony for Greenery Building, one of the enclaves in One Metropolitan Place, the company’s gem project in the glittering city of Pasay.

Lu (with his wife Mrs. Maribel Lu), P.A. Metro Residence Builders, Inc. president Efipanio N. Santillan, Jr., P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. chairman of the board Romarico T. Alvarez and vice president for sales and marketing Florlita G. Tabuzo, alternately grabbed a shovel and poured small quantities of cement on the roofdeck of Greenery, to signify that the building is almost 100% complete and will soon be ready for turn-over to its unit owners.
