MANILA, Philippines - Another testimony of concrete commitment has been unveiled when P.A. Metropolitan Residence Builders, Inc. successfully held recently the topping off ceremony for Greenery Building, one of the enclaves in One Metropolitan Place, the company’s gem project in the glittering city of Pasay. 

With hard hats and white hand gloves, (from left ) P.A. Alvarez Builders, Inc. president Peter Jude T. Alvarez, P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. president Jonathan G. Lu (with his wife Mrs. Maribel Lu), P.A. Metro Residence Builders, Inc. president Efipanio N. Santillan, Jr., P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. chairman of the board Romarico T. Alvarez and vice president for sales and marketing Florlita G. Tabuzo, alternately grabbed a shovel and poured small quantities of cement on the roofdeck of Greenery, to signify that the building is almost 100% complete and will soon be ready for turn-over to its unit owners.
