DMCI Homes meets construction schedule for Maricielo Villas

-

Manila, Philippines - Most first-time homeowners have a practice of following-up their brokers to check the progress of their home, from the moment they sign the papers and wait anxiously until the moment they get confirmation of its completion with just three magic letters: R-F-O.

Ready-for-occupancy (RFO) status signals the opportune time to get ready for the move-in, with the homeowner excited to make final preparations for their furniture and other requirements before they can officially accept their brand new property.

In the residential condominium scene, developers like DMCI Homes have actually established a reputation that has distinguished itself from the rest of the developers. The Triple A builder-developer not only manages to fulfill construction schedules – DMCI homes actually delivers ahead of schedule for most, if not all of its projects.

Case in point is Maricielo Villas in Las Pinas which recently announced that construction schedules for its residential projects are going ahead of schedule. The first building, Segovia, will be ready for turnover by June next year, followed by Pontevedra the month after. While Almeria, actually the 5th building but was launched ahead of the 3rd and 4th building, will be completed by Jan 2013.

By the time the first residents of Segovia are moving in, the development’s amenities including the Clubhouse and Entrance Gate will be ready by June 2012. The distinctive architecture of the amenities pays tribute to the Spanish Mission theme as a unique and refreshing design that blends perfectly with the resort living ambience.

These construction milestones are definitely unprecedented. Using its massive experience achieved through more than 10 years in the property scene, the developer has consistently delivered on its promise to thousands of homeowners now enjoying their homes at various projects around the metro. It also enjoys the heritage set by its mother company, D.M. Consunji Inc. which has amassed more than 55 years in the construction industry.

For its part, Maricielo Villas will rise as a resort-inspired, medium-rise project. Its Spanish Mission theme also fits splendidly within a neighborhood that celebrates history: the “Las Piñas Historical Corridor” in Quirino Ave. and Casimiro Ave. , which is located near the city’s National Cultural Treasure, the Parish Church of St. Joseph’s Bamboo Organ.

Set to occupy a prime land area of 18,522 square meters, Maricielo Villas will be comprised of four medium rise buildings with five residential floors, and one medium rise building with four residential floors. With only 516 units available, residents will enjoy low-density living as well as privacy and exclusivity, which is common among all DMCI Homes developments.
