Start-up families enjoy condo living convenience at East Raya Gardens

MANILA, Philippines -  Digoy Borlaza, 30 years old, is a civil engineer by profession, so when the time came for him to look for a home, he knew the essential factors to consider before moving in to a residential development: structural stability of the establishment, quality of the fixtures and finishes, counter-measures against floods, fire and earthquakes, and most importantly, the reputation of the developer.
