Avida adds 5th tower to San Lazaro project

MANILA, Philippines – AVIDA Land Corp. (Avida), the affordable housing arm of property giant Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) recently held the groundbreaking ceremonies for the fifth and last tower in its fast-selling residential condominium project—Avida Towers San Lazaro.

Launched in 2005, Avida Towers San Lazaro immediately became the fastest-selling condominium project of Avida in Metro Manila. It sits on a 1.27-hectare property at Felix Huertas St. Sta. Cruz, Manila and currently has three completed towers, all of which are already sold out.
