Camella taps Smart Link for Voice Ads service
MANILA, Philippines – Camella Homes, the country’s largest residential community developer has tapped Smart Communications, Inc. (SMART) to advertise its residential projects using Smart Link. In a recently sealed agreement with the country’s leading wireless services provider, Camella Homes will utilize the Smart Link Voice Ads service to promote their residential projects to thousands of Filipino seafarers who have Smart Link accounts.
SMART Link is the first and only Philippine prepaid satellite telephony service that enables incoming and outgoing voice calls in areas without landline and cellular access, making it the ideal and practical communication service for seafarers on board marine vessels.
“It is our honor to partner with the largest developer in providing relevant products and services to our Filipino seafarers,” said Tina Mariano, SMART Global Access Group Head. “We are looking forward to many more collaborations with Camella Homes in the future,” Mariano added.
“We are pleased to partner with an industry leader that also has a big heart for OFWs,” shared Beth Tolentino, Camella Homes president.
“Through our partnership with SMART, we are not only recognizing the vital role of our Filipino modern day heroes, but we are also helping them achieve their dreams of providing their families with a more comfortable life.”
Through the partnership, voice ads of the various housing projects of Camella Homes will be heard each time Filipino seafarers make a SMART Link call to their friends or loved ones in the Philippines. SMART and Camella Homes have also agreed to jointly develop livelihood and communication programs that will help improve the lives of sea-based Filipino Workers.
