Happy with Alexandra, thrilled with Andrea

MANILA, Philippines - An overriding consideration in the success of a residential condominium development is the emotional and experiencial impact it has on its inhabitants.

Isabelita Hechanova Ermita is ecstatic with her acquisitions. Once a broker for The Alexandra in the 90’s, she now owns a unit and lives there. She sold over 20 units of the 11 residential condominiums of the high-end gated community centrally situated in the Ortigas Center. “It was easy selling the Alexandra. When Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation started to construct Andrea North Skyline Tower a decade ago, Isabelita Ermita was one of the first to buy a unit. She chose a 3-bedroom unit. Being a licensed broker, she also sold a number of Andrea units. Due to the Asian crisis, development stopped. But now, Philrealty is back on track and the completion of Andrea is forthcoming. She believes in the project and in Philrealty. “Andrea is another Alexandra — good location, much bigger and more spacious units, and definitely less expensive than units of other developments existing in the market today. I’m thrilled with my Andrea unit because it has so many possibilities!

A number of unit owners who recently bought units in Andrea North Skyline Tower are residents of New Manila who plan to move in to Andrea and sell or rent their New Manila houses to achieve savings in maintenance costs.

Ermita says, “My son is also moving in to Andrea. I suggested to have an interior designer look at his unit and fix it fast. I’m excited about it. Andrea has 70% space, so you can get more value for your investment.”

Andrea North Skyline Tower is nearing completion. Its modern Clubhouse made of glass held its grand opening last July 17, 2010. Model units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedrooms may be viewed Monday to Sunday during office hours on site at N. Domingo St. corner Balete Drive, Quezon City.
