BreezeWoods breaks ground for a new Cavite project

-

MANILA, Philippines - A niche player in the booming property sector is investing P100 Million for a new residential project in the bustling province of Cavite to meet the rising demand for housing units of new loan to middle income market.

BreezeWoods Development Corp. broke ground in February for the Breeze Woods 3 Subdivision in Bacoor, Cavite locatedjust 20 kilometers or a 30-minute drive from the financial district of Makati.

Francisco J. Buencamino, President of BreezeWoods Development Corp. said the project is ideal for middle-income and low-income families, who want to have their own house and lot in an urban setting close to Metro Manila.

“We feel that it is part of our responsibility, as a niche player in the property sector, to help address the housing backlog by providing affordable, yet good-quality shelter to the people,” Buencamino said.

Despite the double-digit increase in annual demand for housing projects in the country, Buencamino said he expects this growth to be sustained in the coming years because of the huge housing backlog, which remains at over 2 million units.

This figure, he said continues to swell as the population rises and as the middle-class segment of the property market expands amid the continuous growth of the economy.

Buencamino said the project will be a low-density housing subdivision equipped with its own clubhouse, playground and an overhead water tank with provision for interconnection with Maynilad. The project complies in full with current environment standard for low cost housing as required by HLURB and the DENR.

The project would cater to both low-income to middle income families, with single-attached houses and townhouse units designed according to national standards and built in the Jackbilt load-bearing CHB system, which provides the structure a sound assurance of strength and value for money.

Finished units will be turned over with tile flooring, pre-painted G.I. sheets installed on metal trusses, Brdnam windows with clear glass, HDF panel main door, tile-covered bathrooms, and three-coat painted walls and partitions which are made of Hardiflex materials.
