Suntrust launches The Mandara in Silang-Sta. Rosa

-

MANILA, Philippines - Another premier modern Asian-themed community from Suntrust Properties Inc. will soon bloom in Silang- Sta. Rosa after its formal launching held last Oct. 25. Boasting of the cool and fresh Tagaytay weather and lush greenery, “The Mandara” lives up to its Hindu meaning “the sacred mountain” and brings homeowners to the peak of suburban living.

The 14-hectare development is set on an elevated sloping location with breathtaking views of the southern Manila lowlands in the north, Mt. Makiling, Laguna de Bay and Sta. Rosa lowlands in the east, the Tagaytay mountains in the south, and Silang mountains in the west.

The community offers the best of both worlds. A quick 5-minute drive brings you right at the center of the south’s booming business district of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, where shopping malls, leisure centers and business complexes abound. A 15-minute trip to the opposite direction leads you to the picturesque sceneries of Tagaytay coupled with relaxing and fun-filled activities such as hiking, nature-tripping and horseback riding, to name a few.

Play amenities within the subdivision are also guaranteed to cater to the enjoyment of the whole family and lets each one discover pleasures hidden in this special suburban community. These include an infinity pool with a mountain view, multi-purpose hall with parking area, water feature, picnic area with benches, viewing deck, jogging and hiking trails, basketball courts, gazebo/ cabanas, meditation gardens, open parks and children’s playground.

The property is a few meters away from the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay National Road, and the four-lane road entrances to the community will be lined with pine trees to provide the additional Tagaytay-like ambience.

Model houses with their zen-inspired facades and stone cladding accents set in place the community’s modern Asian concept, and are likewise given Asian names – Amaya which is Malaysian for “night rain”, Niran is Thai for “everlasting”, Chandra means “shining” in Hindu, and Hana is “flower” in Japanese.
