New HDC middle-class project

MANILA, Philippines - The Homeowners Development Corporation recently inaugurated the Birmingham Plains in Greater Poblacion, General Trias, Cavite as its latest project for its middle-class market, it was announced by HDC president Jaime I. Hernandez.

 Earlier HDC home projects include Bridgestone Park, Northwood, Metrogreen, Metropolis 1 and 2 villages in Pasig City; Marwood Village in Angono; Madonna Homes, Midland Homes, Roosevelt Park, Golden Mile and Birmingham Place and Springfield in Cainta, Rizal; Panorama Hills and Birmingham Homes in Antipolo City; Metrogreen Village in Quezon City; Metropolis North in Caloocan City; Bankers 9, Birmingham Sunrise, Birmingham Alberto in San Mateo, Rizal; and Birmingham Meadows in Rodriguez, Rizal.

 All these subdivisions are located in the town or city proper where schools, churches and work places are readily accessible through 24-hour public transportation.

 Since it started, Hernandez said, “HDC always believes in using conventional construction methods, thus assuring buyers of superior construction quality.” It does not use prefabricated construction materials, instead availing of concrete hollow blocks mixed with concrete, gravel and sand and reinforced with steel bars in solid foundation. Thus, he said, “Buyers are assured of the structural strength of the housing units.”

The two-storey house models to choose from are Gloucester, Northampton, Southampton, and Manchester.
