DLSU, PABA seminar set

MANILA, Philippines - An ongoing Post Graduate Certificate Program in “Building & Property Management” is being offered by the De La Salle University-Graduate School of Business in cooperation with the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA). Module 6 of the program entitled “Human Resource Management and Organizational Management” will start November 24, 2009, every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. at the 5th Floor, RCBC Plaza-De La Salle Campus corner Sen. Gil J. Puyat and Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City. This module develops understanding of and skills in the various functions of human resource management, strengthening particularly the organizational development aspects. Managers, especially property managers, need to develop greater understanding of the principles and skills in HRM to build a strong multi-disciplinary team responsive to the highly discriminating property owners and their equally discriminating clients, tenants or users.

This program is a series of seven specialized module courses with duration of 42 hours each module. It is designed for the trade professionals of the country’s building administrators and property managers of commercial buildings, malls and shopping centers, office and residential condominiums, industrial, institutional, educational, recreational, townhouse and subdivision development projects and also for those who wish to pursue a career in the building and property management industry.
